Our clients


The VimpelCom group of companies (Beeline trademark) comprises cellular communications operators providing services in Russia, Kazakhstan, and recently acquired mobile network operators in Ukraine, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Georgia. Licenses for the provision of mobile communication services of the VimpelCom group cover an area with a population of nearly 237 million people. The network’s geographical coverage encompasses 77 Russian regions and the entire territory of Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Georgia. OJSC VimpelCom was the first Russian company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The company’s shares are traded on the NYSE under the symbol VIP.



COMSTAR-United TeleSystems, one of Russia’s largest communications operators, was founded in May 2004 through the merger of Comstar, MTU-Inform, and Telmos.



Rostelecom is the national long-distance communications operator. The company provides services based on its own telecommunications trunk network, which extends some 200,000 kilometers connecting all Russian regions. Rostelecom transmits the major share of intercity and international traffic and operates land-based network of TV and radio broadcasting channels.



With its K-Mobile, Excess, and Beeline trademarks, KaR-Tel is one of the leading mobile network operators in Kazakhstan. KaR-Tel comprises 6 exchanges, more than 470 base stations, 1,600,000 subscribers, and nearly 2,500 dealers throughout Kazakhstan providing reliable coverage of a vast sales territory, superb communication quality, a wide range of additional services, and roaming in more than 86 countries.

Since September 2004, KaR-Tel has been a member of the Russian VimpelCom group of companies.



Ekaterinburg Cellular Communications renders mobile communications services of the AMPS/DSMPS - 800 and GSM-1800 standards in Ekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk Region. The company was founded in 1996 and has been growing rapidly ever since. The company’s priority is high-quality communications and customer service.



Ingosstrakh is an insurance company operating on the international and domestic markets since 1947. The company is the leading Russian insurance company in amount of voluntary insurance premiums. JSIC Ingosstrakh currently has the right to perform 91 types of insurance operations, as well as reinsurance operations. The company operates in 182 cities and has 8 representative offices in the near- and far-abroad countries.



Rosgosstrakh is Russia’s largest insurance company having major influence on the development of the insurance market.

Today the Rosgosstrakh Group of companies is a vertically integrated holding with 76 republican, territorial, and regional branches and more than 2,300 agencies and insurance divisions.



ROSNO is one of Russia’s largest general insurance companies licensed to provide more than 85 types of voluntary and compulsory insurance. ROSNO’s regional network includes 100 branches and 86 agencies in almost all Russian regions.



Gazprombank, a joint-stock gas industry bank, is OJSC Gazprom’s authorized bank. It is one of Russia’s five largest banks in all key indicators.

Gazprombank currently provides banking services to companies and employees in real economy sectors (chemical industry, engineering, defense complex, etc.). The Bank’s customers include nearly 1.5 million private individuals and more than 22,000 corporate customers, including 1,200 gas industry companies and enterprises.



LLC Deutsche Bank was founded in 1998. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG. Deutsche Bank offers Russian and foreign corporate and private clients a broad range of financial services, including corporate financing and commercial operation services and consulting, services in the area of asset sales and support of major transactions, commercial banking services, and large private capital management.

Deutsche Bank is a leading international investment bank with a high-performance, highly profitable network of divisions for servicing private clients. Deutsche Bank was founded in 1870.



JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan is the largest general commercial bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It has been operating successfully for the benefit of its clients for more than 80 years and is one of Kazakhstan’s most reliable and diversified financial institutions.



Founded in 1992, the Bank is among the largest Russian banks in key financial indicators. The bank currently has 20 regional branches. There are 250 sales outlets for the Bank’s products and services, 11 of them in Moscow, including branches, subsidiary and dependent banks, auxiliary offices and cash outlets. The bank employs about 3,000 people.



Renaissance Capital is a leading independent investment group operating on the financial markets of Russia and CIS countries. The Group serves both Russian and foreign clients operating in the CIS. Since its founding in 1995, the Group has attracted more than USD 15 billion in investments for its clients, more than any other financial institution in the region.



OJSC National Bank TRUST is one of the largest Russian banks comprising 58 branches. National Bank TRUST is one of the top 20 Russian banks in all key financial indicators.

Troika Dialog is Russia’s oldest investment company and the acknowledged leader on the Russian stock market. It offers clients a full range of investment, consulting, and financial services.



LLC Home Credit and Finance Bank has been operating on the Russian consumer lending market since 2002 and is one of the leaders in this line of business. The bank is a member of the international Home Credit Group, which has been successfully operating on the Eastern European customer lending market for more than 8 years

Home Credit Group is part of the PPF international group of companies – one of the largest insurance, investment, and banking companies in Central and Eastern Europe.



COUNTDOWN is a major international discount program that has been operating successfully for more than 30 years. The program unites 9,000,000 cardholders and 75,000 sales and service outlets in 33 countries.



Leroy Merlin Company was founded in 1923 by Adolf Leroy and Rose Merlin. The Leroy Merlin trademark appeared in 1960. Leroy Merlin is currently the world’s sixth-largest and Europe’s second-largest chain store system selling construction materials and goods for home and cottage.



VP MARKET is a fast-growing private Lithuanian company and the largest retailer of food products and manufactured goods in the Baltic States. VP Market is owned by a group of leading Lithuanian companies that have been in the retail business since the beginning of 1992.



Sandora is Ukraine’s largest juice manufacturer. Its main brands are: Sandora Gold, Sandora Classic, Dar, Sadochok, Fruits of the World, and Ukrainian Collection. The company owns three juice manufactories in Nikolaev Region, Kherson, and Autonomous Republic of Crimea.



OMZ (United Machine Factories) is the largest manufacturer of heavy machinery in Russia, specializing in engineering, production, sales, and servicing of equipment and machinery for the nuclear power and mining industries, as well as the production of specialty steels and provision of industrial services. The company comprises the following divisions: OMZ-Atom, OMZ-Special Steel, OMZ-Mining Equipment and Engineering, OMZ-Uralmash, and OMZ’s non-core business activity.



Sekret Firmy (Business Secret) is one of Russia’s leading publishing houses, whose portfolio includes the business magazine Sekret Firmy (Business Secret), the all-Russian national weekly Vse Yasno (Everything is Clear), and the city weekly Imeesh Pravo (You Have a Right).



The Video International Group of Companies is the largest advertising group in Eastern Europe. Its members include media sellers, advertising agencies, and production companies. It operates on Russian, Ukrainian, Belorussian, Bulgarian, and Israeli markets.



Business Systems has been operating on the Russian IT market for more than 12 years. Today the company’s core business is implementing projects varying in scale and complexity, from IT solutions for small and medium business to large-scale information systems at the federal level.

The company is the first licensed operator for services of the Intelligent Communications Network (ICN) of the Russian Federation.
