Design and support of Siebel CRM system for Troika Dialog

AT Consulting Group announces the successful completion of the first stage in building and design of Siebel software supporting system for Troika Dialog.

In course of the project realization, AT Consulting Group expert personnel analyzed overall system performance along with the current support system, set up the incident monitoring system and prepared the guidelines for the support system.

Currently AT Consulting Group renders services on support and development of Siebel CRM system in acceptance with the concluded agreement.
