AT Consulting Group announces successful completion of the unique project of Comverse prepaid platform installation for KarTel LLP.

The project is aimed to replace the previous prepaid platform SigValue with the decision contents based on Comverse platform. In course of the project run, all the prepaid subscribers (about 3 million) should migrate onto the new Comverse platform.

Being the primary contractor AT Consulting Group took all the management functions, like program design and implementation, software vendor inspection, modifying the CRM-solution, integration and testing, and finally the migration planning. The project started in April 2006 under quite a pressing condition: all the changes should have been made before New Year marketing actions start, for the previous platform could not handle all the incoming calls.

Along with prepaid platform replacement, changes in 10 IT-systems were necessary, as well the launch of new 6 network platforms. In fact, all the IT-architecture had been changed in course of the project run. New data-center had been also launched, for the old one could not render support for so many new systems launch.

The platform migration was made in time and with perfect quality. The key factors of success were AT Consulting vast experience in managing of similar projects in telecommunication branch, centralized project management and overall professional level of the customer’s team.
