Successful Oracle E-Business Suite implementation at JSC Comstar–UTS

AT Consulting Group had been engaged in the project at its second stage as an associate contractor (the primary contractor is SITRONICS Information Technologies, former Kvazar-Micro).
The main tasks set for the second stage were automation of the financial, tax and accounting processes. “Oracle Inventory”, “Oracle Projects”, “Oracle Assets”, “Oracle General Ledger” modules had been rolled out, while functionality of such modules as “Oracle Purchasing”, “Oracle Payables”, “Oracle Funds”, “Oracle Treasury” was greatly extended.
AT Consulting area of responsibility included analysis of the current and development of new business processes along with analyzing gaps between standard OeBS functionality and requirements posed to the potential business processes by the client. Our consultants took active part in designing of the functional extensions for the system, testing, development and writing the project documentation in compliance with Oracle AIM. They also developed regulations for business processes execution, design and concept for data migration, made all the comparative checks, did user training and provided user support.
The project accounting concept, developed and approved in course of project execution, made the operating performance of the company transparent for the top management of the company. At the present time AT Consulting together with SITRONICS Information Technologies provides support and makes further development of the system.
