ALIS implementation at Rosgosstrakh

AT Consulting Group announces successful completion of the ALIS system implementation at Rosgosstrakh-Zhizni insurance company. ALIS works now at all 65 regional Rosgosstrakh retail outlets.
Implementation was done by AT Consulting and Rosgosstrakh joint project team, with the help of the ALIS developer FIS Software Ltd. and active support from RGS business experts.
ALIS provides full support for all policy processing, including automatic and manual underwriting and automatic allocation of payments. It enables claim, survival benefit processing and automatic accrual and maintenance of agent commission. ALIS maintains accounting in accordance with the Russian Accounting Standards.
The primary advantage of ALIS is its flexible Product Management module allowing Rosgosstrakh to respond promptly to changes in market needs and configure products at its own discretion. For salespeople the system offers a user-friendly web-interface enabling agents to calculate quotes and enter policy applications around the country and the world via the internet.
Project Director Renat Konurbaev comments: “The ALIS implementation has been quite a challenging project in Rosgosstrakh. The project team have gone a long thorny way. This may be one of the most challenging projects in the industry. However the result is worth the effort and contribution of all concerned: the implemented software has not merely laid the foundation for the long-term life business development but also introduced new engineering solutions and advanced business development methods in the Rosgosstrakh group.”
Project Manager Svetlana Zakharova notes that “The essentials of this successful implementation first of all included absolute support of management, and that of our professional and committed customers, who fully participated in the project from the very beginning, and encouraged and believed in the successful outcome.”
Project Manager for AT Consulting Evgeniya Reymer believes the project to be one of the few successful implementations of the Western policy admin systems in Russia. “The project turned out to be quite of a large scale and massive demand for commitment of all the participants. Users’ feedback confirms that it’s easy to work with the system and the life cycle of the applications became more transparent.”
